David L. Nieto has nearly four decades of experience in human resources, specializing in the field of Compensation. Mr. Nieto has held senior executive-level positions in the public sector and high technology California-based organizations, including: the County of San Mateo, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the City of Sunnyvale, LSI Corporation, Quantum Corporation, NEC Electronics, Eagle Computer, and Amdahl Corporation.

Mr. Nieto is a career-long member of World at Work (ACA), the Silicon Valley Compensation Association, the California Public Labor Relations Association, the International Personnel Management Association, the Semiconductor Human Resources Committee. He has served as Chairman of Sunnyvale’s Personnel Board, and is currently a member of the Silicon Valley Compensation Association, a voting member of the audit committee for the Jean Weingarten Peninsula Oral School For The Deaf, and is Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Sunnyvale Employees Federal Credit Union. Mr. Nieto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward and is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
